LncRNA UCA1在肿瘤诊断中的研究进展

摘要
肿瘤是人类死亡的主要原因之一。现有的肿瘤诊断方法多具有侵袭性,且部分肿瘤标志物的敏感性较低。大量研究发现,长链非编码RNA (long non-coding RNA, lncRNA)尿路上皮癌胚抗原1 (urothelial carcinoma antigen 1, UCA1)在膀胱癌、胃癌、结直肠癌和肝癌等多种肿瘤中具有诊断价值,具有较高的敏感性和特异性。此外,在与其他临床常用的肿瘤标志物或肿瘤检测方法联合应用时,UCA1可提高其诊断效果。该文总结了UCA1在肿瘤诊断中的相关研究进展,并展望其临床应用前景。
