摘要
脑卒中作为全球范围内主要致死因素之一,对社会造成了很大的负担。羟基红花黄色素A作为红花主要的有效水溶性成分,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗凋亡、改善微循环、矫正受损代谢通路、调控血管平滑肌细胞增殖和迁移等药理作用,能够有效治疗缺血性脑卒中。目前,利用大脑中动脉栓塞等模型探究羟基红花黄色素A对于缺血性脑卒中治疗及预后的相关研究日益增多。本文根据相关文献资料进行分析、整理和归纳,综述了羟基红花黄色素A改善缺血性脑卒中的药理机制以及相关治疗和预后。
