经皮加压钢板与空心螺钉治疗青年股骨颈骨折的疗效比较

摘要：

目的比较经皮加压钢板(PCCP)与空心螺钉治疗青年股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法对52例青年股骨颈骨折患者根据手术方法不同分为PCCP组(采用PCCP内固定术,26例)和螺钉组(采用3枚空心螺钉内固定术,26例)。结果患者均获得随访,时间24～60个月。两组患者骨折愈合时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。PCCP组共3例(11. 5%)出现并发症,分别为股骨头坏死2例和切口浅表感染1例;螺钉组共6例(23. 1%)术后出现并发症,分别为股骨头坏死4例,退钉1例,髋内翻1例,两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论对于青年股骨颈骨折,采用PCCP或空心螺钉治疗均可获得较好的临床疗效,但前者有生物力学强度较高的优点。
