摘要：

<正>炎症性肠病（inflammatory bowel disease,IBD）是消化道的非特异性炎性病变,其病情反复、难以治愈,严重影响了病人的生活。尽管IBD癌变只占了结肠癌的1%2%,却是IBD病人的主要死亡原因,近年来关于IBD癌变的基础及临床研究亦有所报道。IBD相关结肠癌存在特殊的病理学特征,表现为黏液性,多发生于结肠近端,多个癌变病灶共存的可能性更高[1],目前其癌变机制及预防措施尚未达成统一认识。本文就IBD癌变的研究现况进行综述。
