摘要
Being planted in the early season, this variety belongs to mid-late-maturity rice, withthe same maturing period as Teqing 2. If planted in the late season, it is a mid-early ripening one. Qixiuzhan 3 has good plant type with thick, strong stem and straw. It is strong responsive to fertility and resistant to lodging. It has strong tillering ability, high panicle rate with large panicles, high seed setting rate and high yield. It yielded 8. 745 t/ha in the yield trials of late season rice in 1992, 1.53 t/ha higher than the CK Qishanzhan
