单核细胞产生IL-1、IL-6和肿瘤坏死因子的动态观察

摘要：

采用生物活性测定法和免疫细胞化学染色法.观察了内毒素诱导正常人单核细胞产生白细胞介素(?).白细胞介素6和肿瘤环死因子的动态过程.以及彼此之间的相互关系。结果表明,三种细胞因子的胞浆内累积和释放均有各自不同的时相变化.反映出这三种细胞因子基因活化、转录、翻译和释放过程的差异.此外.仅部分单核细胞合成这三种细胞因子.提示可能存在合成细胞因子的不同单核细胞亚群
