非小细胞肺癌组织中MMP-2和MMP-9的表达和意义

摘要：
目的探讨非小细胞肺癌组织中MMP-2和MMP-9的表达和意义。方法选取非小细胞肺癌组织140例,肺良性疾病组织40例作对照。用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和免疫组化方法检测其MMP-2和MMP-9的表达。结果肺癌组织中MMP-2阳性率为67.9%,MMP-9表达阳性率为75.0%,显著高于对照组肺组织16.7%和20.0%(P<0.05);MMP-2及MMP-9蛋白与年龄,性别,不同病理类型的阳性率表达差异无显著性(P>0.05);与是否发生淋巴结转移及肺癌TNM分期差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-2和MMP-9在非小细胞肺癌中表达阳性率较高,在癌症细胞侵润和转移阶段有促进作用,对恶性肺癌的诊断具有重要意义。
