摘要：
瘢痕疙瘩有着过度生长,侵犯邻近组织,手术切除后极易复发,治疗效果不佳等特点,成为当今医学界面临的一个重大难题。它常在易感人群外伤后发生。由于发病机制十分复杂,其形成机制迄今尚未完全阐明,目前所知与外伤,烧伤,手术,感染,异物,机体局部胶原代谢失调,遗传及局部免疫功能等多种因素有关。本文就其在遗传背景、免疫作用、细胞因子、成纤维细胞等方面的研究进展进行综述,这不仅有利于瘢痕疙瘩的临床诊断和治疗,而且有助于对创伤愈合机理产生新的认识。以期为进一步研究和治疗提供一些启示。
