Early blood-brain barrier(BBB) disturbance contributes to many different neurological diseases including Alzheimer ’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and stroke, particularly in the etiology and early stages(Abbott et al., 2010). Although supporting barrier function is a potential strategy to radically improve treatment efficacy and disease outcome, ways to achieve this objective remain elusive.
