摘要
痛风是一组由嘌呤代谢紊乱引起的以单钠尿酸盐(monosodium urate,MSU)晶体沉积为特征的疾病,以痛风性关节炎最常见。痛风性关节炎的急性发作是一种急性无菌性炎症反应。最近相关研究表明,白细胞介素(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)的生成在痛风性关节炎中起着非常重要的作用。NALP3(NACHT-LRR-PYD-containing proteins)参与了痛风性关节炎的
