摘要：

主动脉缩窄(coarctation of the aorta, CoA)是指先天性主动脉弓降部缩窄, 通常发生在左锁骨下动脉远端、动脉导管插入点周围[1], 是导管依赖性先天性心脏病, 约占先天性心脏病的4%～6%[2,3,4]。尽管主动脉弓的评估已经成为胎儿心脏超声检查的重要内容之一, 但是由于病变的特殊性, 目前产前超声诊断CoA的敏感性低、假阳性率高[3,5]。鉴于此, 中华医学会超声医学分会妇产超声学组参考国内外重要指南和相关文献, 在循证医学的基础上结合多位专家经验, 拟定胎儿主动脉缩窄超声检查中国专家共识, 旨在尽可能提高CoA的产前检出率。
