摘要
The levels of endogenous hormones (GAs and ABA) in rice seedlings (7d) were measured by gas-liquid chromatography with flame ionization detector (GLC-FID) and the GAs-binding protein on membrane of young rice shoot was also analysed as described by Chiharu.
