摘要：

The present paper describes two new genera and two new species regarded as be-longing to the family Heloridae in Late Mesozoic. The specimens of the new taxa wereCollected from the Laiyang Formation in Late Jurassic age at Nanligezhuang Village inLaiyang City of Shandong Peninsula, China, and are now conserved in the ShandongProvincial Museum.
