音乐运动疗法对护士围绝经期综合征影响的研究

摘要：

目的寻求围绝经期综合征护士的临床干预新方法。方法于2011年12月至2012年12月选取有围绝经期综合征的护士40名,实施音乐运动疗法干预,2个月后进行Kupperman评分。结果与干预前比较,干预后40名围绝经期综合征护士潮热、失眠、焦躁、忧郁、头晕、疲乏无力、骨关节痛、头痛、心悸、性生活各项评分及总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论音乐运动疗法可有效改善护士围绝经期综合征的各种症状。
