SMILE与FS-LASIK矫正近视术后像差分析

摘要：
目的分析SMILE和飞秒激光制瓣LASIK矫正近视对角膜像差的影响。方法选取2018年10月—2019年8月在笔者医院屈光门诊分别实施Smile和飞秒激光制瓣LASIK的患者各200例;接受SMILE手术者为观察组(A组);接受飞秒激光制瓣LASIK为对照组(B组);分别测量术前、术后1个月、3个月、6个月时的高阶像差、球差、彗差、三叶草差。结果 (1)术后2组各像差都有所增加,与术前比较差异有统计学意义;(2)术后像差增幅:SMILE组各像差增幅均低于FS-LASIK组;①术后1M高阶像差、彗差、球差增幅差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);②三叶草差增幅在术后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);③各像差及增幅随时间逐渐减少。结论 SMILE和FS-LASIK术后均引入新的像差,SMILE术后像差增加较少。
