<正> Molecular map construction is very important togene marking,map-based cloning and marker-assisted breeding.Some advance was made inthis area in the US(Shappley et al,1996;1998;Reinisch et al,1994),but little work was donein China.A preliminary molecular map withRFLP,RAPD and SSR was constructed andQTL maping was dong for some agronomic traitsby our research group.
