摘要：
本文论述了西方劳资关系氛围理论研究的起源、概念与测量,影响劳资关系氛围的因素,以及劳资关系氛围与组织承诺、组织绩效等变量之间关系;分析了劳资关系氛围实证研究的理论基础;最后提出我国劳资关系氛围理论研究的建议。
