摘要：

研究蛋白质合成抑制剂环己米特（ｃｉｃｌｏｈｅｘｉｍｉｄｅ，Ｃｉｃ）对α双炔失碳酯（αａｎｏｒｄｒｉｎ，Ａｎｏ）诱导的白血病Ｋ５６２细胞凋亡的影响．方法：荧光显微镜观察形态学变化；流式细胞仪检测ＤＮＡ含量；琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析ＤＮＡ断裂．结果：Ａｎｏ５０μｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１处理Ｋ５６２细胞２４小时诱导细胞凋亡．Ｃｉｃ１μｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１共同处理不能减弱或延缓Ａｎｏ的这一作用．相反，Ｃｉｃ明显增强Ａｎｏ诱导的细胞凋亡．Ｃｉｃ１００μｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１本身诱导２５％Ｋ５６２细胞凋亡．结论：Ａｎｏ诱导的Ｋ５６２细胞凋亡不依赖于新的蛋白质合成．
