摘要：

老年患者特别是高龄老年患者的特殊性, 手术安全性要求也明显高于其他年龄段人群, 因此有必要制定高质量的老年患者术前评估策略以满足手术不断增长的需求及安全保证。为此, 中华医学会老年医学分会及解放军总医院老年医学教研室组织专家进行多次讨论, 制订了以下老年患者术前评估专家建议。一、衰弱状态的评估衰弱是术后不良事件发生率高的独立预测因素。专家建议:术前评估老年患者的衰弱症状并记录衰弱评分, 必要时应咨
