医源性因素对空心钉内固定治疗成人移位型股骨颈骨折预后的影响

摘要：

目的探讨影响空心钉内固定治疗成人移位型股骨颈骨折预后的影响因素。方法回顾性分析81例成人移位型股骨颈骨折患者的资料,将所有患者按术前时间、牵引与否、复位方式、复位分数、内固定分数以及复位与内固定二者总分分组,分别应用卡方检验分析上述因素与并发症发生率的关系;对于上述有意义的因素用多因素Logistic回归分析。结果通过卡方检验,发现复位方式、复位分数、内固定分数以及复位与内固定二者总分与并发症的发生有关。再经多因素Logistic回归分析,显示复位与内固定总分仍与并发症发生率存在统计学联系。结论对于成人移位型股骨颈骨折的空心钉内固定治疗,复位与内固定质量是决定预后的最主要因素。
