<正> Ⅰ. INTRODUCTION Shaanxi Astronomical Observatory, Academia Sinica (CSAO), has been disseminating the Loran-C signals of BPL with very high power since 1983. We have received the signals of LC/9970-Y, LC/5970-Z and BPL simultaneously and have used some data of CSAO and Beijing Observatory. So we have got the frequency offsets and daily stabilities with respect to UTC (USNO MC) and TAI. They have been improved continuously and have a somewhat typical precision of about
