摘要
This research seeks to investigate the extent to which cultural differences lead to IMAs’ failures,and to identify the primary factors result in IMAs’ failures from cultural perspective.The research has critically analyzed contrasting cultures’ influence to IMAs’ failures and discovered other determinants,which pinpoints the potential problems in IMAs in auto industry.The literature review chapter allows relevant literatures like Hofstede’s framework to be selected in current research.It is proved that cultural difference;national culture in particular,is just a necessary variable to IMAs’ failures but not the only determinant.
