摘要：

<正>痤疮是一种主要发生于青少年毛囊皮脂腺单位的自限性疾病。皮损有多种表现,包括粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、结节、囊肿等。尽管痤疮是自限性的,后遗症却可持续终生,如形成痤疮瘢痕。痤疮瘢痕可表现为萎缩性瘢痕、增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩。萎缩性瘢痕又可分为冰锥型(icepick)、滚动型(rolling)和箱车型(boxcar)痤疮瘢痕[1]。冰锥型瘢痕常见于
