Xinjin,28 kilometers south of Chengdu,the capital of Sichuan province,has createdXinjin Chemical Industrial Park (XCIP) where 35 enterprises are located up to now,focusing on new energy chemical and advanced materials.China National ChemicalGroup (ChemChina) is building its extra advanced material base at XCIP.According to the Sichuan Xinjin Petrochemical Industrial Investment Promotion
