摘要
[Objective]The research aimed at analyzing the chemical components and their relative content of volatile oil from Senecio jacobacea L.[Method]The volatile oil was extracted from Senecio jacobacea L.with steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS.[Result]Thirty compounds were identified from the volatile oil,and the major compositions were aromadendrene oxide-(2)(22.17%),aristolene epoxide(11.25%),caryophyllene oxide(7.56%),7R,8R-8-hydroxy-4-isopropylidene-7-methylbicyclo[5.3.1]undec-1-ene(7.36%),(-)-spathulenol(6.01%),and aromadendrene oxide-(1)(5.35%).[Conclusion]The chemical components and their relative content of volatile oil from Senecio jacobacea L.were obtained, which would provide the basis for comprehensive development and utilization of Senecio jacobacea L..
