随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)因其简便、快速、灵敏等优点在酵母的分类鉴定,种属间亲缘关系确定及育种等方面有广阔的应用前景。本文综述近年来RAPD技术在酵母相关研究中的应用,并简单讨论该技术目前的研究热点。
