摘要
"体能"是当代世界竞技体育发展过程中的热点问题,也是我国2000年后历届奥运会备战训练的重点、难点和突破点。在训练中,注重"动作"质量的把控,对人体"核心部位"的重新定位,"两极化"耐力训练模式的提出,以及高强度训练和短距离速度训练理论与实践的探索,是近年来世界竞技体能训练的关注点,其研究进展对我国竞技训练实践具有重要启示。
