Notch1,Jagged1在结肠癌中的表达及意义

目的探讨Notch1,Jagged1在结肠癌组织中的表达及其相关性,分析其临床病理学意义。方法随机选取51例经手术切除的结肠癌组织石蜡组织标本及51例癌旁结肠组织石蜡标本,所有被切除的组织均被病理证实,患者术前均无放疗和化疗等治疗。以癌旁组织作为对照组,通过免疫组化SP法检测Notch1,Jagged1在结肠癌及癌旁组织中的表达及其定位,并探究两种因子之间的表达相关性。结果 Notch1和Jagged1均主要表达于细胞膜及细胞质中,且在结肠癌组织中的阳性表达率均显著高于癌旁组织。两者的表达与结肠癌的分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),Notch1和Jagged1在结肠癌组织中的表达均呈正相关关系(r=0.499,P<0.05)。结论 Notch1及Jagged1在结肠癌组织中的高表达与结肠癌的发生发展及转移密切相关,检测两者的表达对结肠癌的诊断、治疗有重要的临床意义。
