组织整合与新产品开发绩效关系实证研究:基于吸收能力的视角

摘要
基于吸收能力的视角分析了内外部组织整合对新产品开发绩效的影响,并以中国制造企业为对象对内外部组织整合与新产品开发绩效之间的关系进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,对于中国制造企业而言,内外部组织整合之间具有正相关关系,内外部组织整合对吸收能力及新产品开发绩效都有正向影响,其中,内部组织整合对新产品开发绩效的影响大于外部组织整合对新产品开发绩效的影响,吸收能力在内外部组织整合与新产品开发绩效之间起部分中介作用。
