摘要：

文章阐述了糖尿病患者自我管理中目标设定的方法,归纳了患者对设定目标的选择、完成情况、影响因素,及其在改善饮食和运动行为、加强血糖控制、促进心理健康和提高自我管理能力方面的效果。在此基础上,对目标设定在糖尿病患者自我管理中的研究前景进行了展望。
