摘要：
细胞因子信号转导抑制因子2(suppressor of cytokine signaling 2,SOCS2)是SOCS家族中的一员,参与调节包括个体生长、代谢、骨形成、肿瘤发生、机体免疫在内的许多生理和病理过程。本文主要从SOCS2的结构、自身活性的调节、在信号转导中的生物学功能以及临床研究等方面,对近年来发表的SOCS2相关文献做一简要概述。
