摘要
自身免疫性疾病多数目前病因和发病机制尚未完全阐明。免疫应答异常在其中扮演非常重要的角色。近年研究发现OX40和OX40L相互作用对抗原特异性T细胞的增殖和生存具有重要意义。本文综述了OX40和OX40L的表达和调控、OX40和OX40L相互作用的生物学功能、自身免疫病中OX40和OX40L的表达和作用。
