摘要：
溶栓治疗和经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)是急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死后恢复冠状动脉血液供应的两种有效方法。溶栓治疗后PCI的必要性一直存在争论。本文对球囊时代和支架时代单纯溶栓治疗和溶栓治疗后PCI的疗效作比较,论证急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死溶栓治疗后PCI的策略和时机。
