类风湿性关节炎是复杂的多系统疾病,近年来,越来越多的证据表明,滑膜成纤维细胞在类风湿性关节炎中过度增殖,介导炎症反应,造成关节结构破坏。滑膜成纤维细胞在类风湿性关节炎发病过程中具有重要的作用。
