摘要
Objective To explore the effects of sulforaphane on Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)/myeloid differentiation factor88(MyD88)pathway and its downstream inflammatory cytokines in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods From Jan.2012 to Mar.2013,thirty-two stable COPD patients and thirty healthy donors(non-COPD group)from the First Hospital of Lanzhou University were recruited. The peripheral blood
