Time-varying decentralized control for linear time-varying systems with m-control stations has been studied. It is shown that under some conditions a time-varying decentralized output feedback can be found such that the closed-loop system is completely controllalde and completely observable for a certain channel. with this result, we get a sufficient condition for complete controllability under decentralized information structure for linear time-varying systems with m-control stations. Furthermore, under similar conditions for a linear periodic time-varying system with m-control stations there exists a periodic time-varying decentralized output feedback such that the closed-loop system is uniformly completely controllable and uniformly completely observable for a certain channel. Therefore the periodic time-varying decentralized controller is obtained.
