<正>BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE Hypertension is associated with cognitive impairment, especially in the executive domnain.Recent evidence has suggested that the renin angiotensin system is involved in the regulation and maintenance of cerebral blood flow. Some have hypothesized that angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) inhibitors have greater positive effects on cerebral hemodynamics, and, therefore, on executive function, than do other antihypertensive treatments. This study compared the effects of this class of antihypertensive medication
