血吸虫病全球流行病学状况及其控制的新进展

摘要：
近 5 0年来 ,血吸虫病的地理分布发生了变化 ,尽管已经采取了一些成功的控制措施 ,但感染人群和高危人群的数量并没有减少。据估计 ,目前有 85 %的感染人群居住于尚未实施控制措施的非洲。就病情而言 ,非洲撒哈拉以南地区与世界其他地区的差距越来越大。近期 ,世界卫生组织建立了一个双重控制措施 :一是控制血吸虫病高发区的发病率 ,二是对于轻度流行并有可能消灭血吸虫病的地区要加强控制。
