自主—受控动机对员工主动性行为的影响研究:组织氛围的调节作用

摘要
基于自我决定理论,探讨个体自主动机和受控动机对员工主动性行为的影响,以及组织氛围的调节作用,基于529份样本的实证研究结果显示,自主动机和受控动机都能显著正向地影响员工主动性行为的产生,组织支持感正向调节自主动机对主动性行为的影响,但对于受控动机的员工,组织支持感的调节作用不显著;组织公平感同时正向调节自主动机和受控动机对主动性行为的影响。企业应重视员工的主动性行为,并且通过建立合适的组织氛围,促使其主动性行为的产生。
