This article is concerned with the cement rotary kiln, the hand- instrument of measurements of type gap and the outer diameter. The accuracy of measurements of tyre gap and diameter is less than ± 1 mm. The hand- instrument wins two patents in China. It has been applied to the measurement for 16 sets of cement rotary kiln in China.
