摘要：

抑郁症为老年人常见疾病,多种老年疾病如心血管、呼吸和肿瘤疾病均可能伴发抑郁。老年人因病理、生理特点使抗抑郁药在体内的吸收、分布、代谢和排泄与成年人差异较大,且更易发生不良反应。文中综述了常用抗抑郁药的作用机制、适应症、体内药动学特点、剂量调整和常见不良反应等,比较不同抗抑郁药对老年抑郁症的疗效和安全性,旨在为老年抑郁患者合理选用抗抑郁药提供参考。
