miRNA作为脓毒症及其并发症生物标志物的研究进展

摘要
脓毒症是重症感染患者死亡的主要原因,虽然目前有许多生物标志物已被用于脓毒症的诊断和治疗,但存在一定的局限性。而微小RNA(miRNA)无蛋白质编码功能,能通过抑制mRNA的翻译或转录来调控基因的表达,从而影响疾病的发生发展,在炎症、感染和脓毒症等病理条件下,如miRNA-150、miRNA-122、miRNA-25等水平也会发生改变,并可以被快速检测。本文总结了关于miRNA在脓毒症和脓毒症引起的器官功能障碍中的研究,分析miRNA在脓毒症诊断和治疗中所起到的作用,探讨miRNA作为新的潜在生物标志物的可能性。
