摘要：

Since the early 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic broke out, various countries and regions across the globe have been in face of unprecedented severe challenges. Under the impact of the outbreak, East Asian countries have successively taken strict prevention and control measures and ensure security for East Asian production network through a joint prevention and control mechanism.
