摘要
The systematic investigations on the crystallization behavior and the formation of themetastab;e phases of rapidly quenched alloys of Fe-rich composition in the Fe-Nd-B system and the effects ofheat treatment on its phase structure and hard magnetic properties are carried out.A room-temperature maxi-mum magnetic energy product(BH)max=106 kJ/m~3 is obtained in the optimally annealed rapidly quenchedFe Nd-B alloys with lower Nd concentration of about 4.5%.The influences of element(Dy,Co)substitution on coercive field and energy product of Fe775Nd4B185alloys are also studied.
