领导幽默研究述评与展望

摘要
领导幽默是幽默领域的一个重要研究分支,是领导学研究领域的一个热点话题。本文从行为观、特质观的视角梳理领导幽默的定义、结构维度和测量量表,比较相似构念。同时,发现已确认的领导幽默影响因素较少,领导幽默调节领导风格的影响效果,领导幽默影响领导有效性、团队绩效、员工绩效、态度和行为,在影响过程中积极情绪、领导与员工关系、员工和领导行为、包容感等起中介作用,员工个体特征、领导者个体特征、领导与员工关系、工作特征等起调节作用。根据目前研究存在的不足,提出未来的研究思路:加强测量工具的修正和开发、丰富领导幽默的影响因素、加强研究领导幽默的影响结果、拓展领导幽默影响的作用机制、完善研究方法设计、推进跨文化比较研究。本文为把握领导幽默研究的脉络和最新进展、推进国内领导幽默的研究和实践提供了重要参考。
