摘要：

补体C1q TNF相关蛋白1(complement-C1q TNF-related protein 1,CTRP1)属于CTRP超家族成员之一,能在多种组织细胞表达,包含一个N-末端的信号肽,一个短的可变结构域,一个胶原结构域和一个C-末端的球形结构域,从而在调节物质代谢、炎症免疫、阻止血小板聚集和抗血栓等方面发挥着重要的生物学功能.对CTRP1的分子结构,细胞组织分布及其生物学功能进行了概述.
