CTLA-4、FOXP3在鼻咽癌中的表达及临床价值

目的 探讨细胞毒T淋巴细胞相关抗原-4(CTLA-4)和叉头样转录因子3(FOXP3)在鼻咽癌中的表达及其临床价值。方法 收集初治鼻咽癌患者48例作为实验组,鼻息肉42例作为对照组。应用免疫组化方法分别检测CTLA-4及FOXP3在不同组织中的表达。结果 实验组中CTLA-4及FOXP3的阳性表达率分别为75.0%、62.5%,对照组中二者的阳性表达率分别为33.3%、31.0%,二组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。Ⅲ、Ⅳ期鼻咽癌中CTLA-4及FOXP3的阳性表达率分别为82.9%、87.8%,Ⅰ、Ⅱ期鼻咽癌中二者的阳性表达率分别为28.6%、42.9%,Ⅲ、Ⅳ期鼻咽癌与Ⅰ、Ⅱ期鼻咽癌中CTLA-4及FOXP3蛋白表达差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。CTLA-4、FOXP3蛋白在鼻咽癌伴颈淋巴结转移组织中阳性表达率分别为86.8%、76.3%,无颈淋巴结转移组织中二者的阳性表达率分别为50.0%、30.0%,有无颈部淋巴结转移鼻咽癌中CTLA-4、FOXP3蛋白表达差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 CTLA-4及FOXP3鼻咽癌中表达升高,二者可能与鼻咽癌发生发展有关。
