摘要
从材料基本物性出发,运用微磁学方法以(Nd1-XPrX)2Fe14B-Nd2Fe14B壳核型单晶粒为模型,计算了晶粒尺寸、壳层厚度、Pr掺杂量对矫顽力、剩磁、磁能积等重要性能参数的影响.结合分析退磁能与各向异性能及其变化来解释各物理量对磁能积的影响内在机制,并讨论磁化反转形核过程,分析磁化反转机制.通过计算磁能积、性价比为工业生产提供符合其需求的生产策略.
