Perivascular epithelioid cell tumor(PEComa)is a raremesenchymal tumor composed of histologically andimmunohistochemically distinctive perivascularepithelioid cells.The family of PEComa includesangio-myolipoma(AML),clear cell"sugar"tumors of thelung(CCST),lymphangioleiomyomatosis(LAM),clearcell myomelanocytic tumor of the falciform/ligamentumteres(CCMT),and clear cell tumors of the pancreas,
