摘要
制备了Er3+∶Yb3 +共掺杂氟氧混合物玻璃 ,利用R 5 0 0型分光光度计 ,在He Ne激光器 6 32 8nm波长激光激发下 ,观测到了Er3 +离子的绿色与紫色上转换荧光 ,并就其上转换机制进行了讨论
